Our policies for compounded medications, devices, and shipping issues
Because compounded medications are customized to your prescription, we cannot accept returns due to therapeutic outcomes, changes in therapy, or discontinuation by your prescriber.
If you have concerns about how your medication is working, we encourage you to speak with your prescriber. We're also happy to consult with your healthcare provider about formulation adjustments or alternatives.
If you receive a defective dispensing device (such as a broken pump), please contact us as soon as possible.
We will help you troubleshoot the device and replace the defective device should the pharmacist deem the complaint valid. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item or provide a photo for quality assurance purposes.
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 1 business day of the expected delivery date.
Troches and suppositories are not inherently temperature sensitive. The cold packs are to prevent melting of the base during transit. If the ice packs are melted, this does not mean your medication has gone bad.
For temperature-sensitive medications (examples include, but are not limited to oxytocin or omeprazole) that require cold-chain shipping, please contact us if there are any concerns about temperature exposure or packaging integrity. Cold packouts are rated until 8 PM the day after medications are shipped out.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer packaging is damaged, document it with photos before opening. This helps us file claims with the carrier and ensures we can resolve the issue quickly.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away.
